Also in charge to assure the warehouse activities effectively to issue components for workshops and concerned department in time and anticipate warehouse capacity to assure that warehouse will run smoothly

Responsible to forecast yearly budget of finished goods, raw material, packaging material as well as consumable and to Set up and monitor an operation budget, to coordinate with concerned departments to perform, control, follow up the common activities and projects such as HSE, , company policy

Management and coordination of overall plant operations through subordinate supervisors and managers assures production objectives are met within cost and quality standards.
