21 contactsIn April 2009, i was appointed as the Latin America Delivery Team Leader. My role is to develop the support that we provide to our Sales Consultants. The function of the delivery consultant is to act as a support mechanism to our Sales team. As Delivery Team Leader I have to ensure that we meet the expectation of both our colleagues and clients.
• Recruited a team of Delivery Consultants
• To ensure we achieve team targets on both a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide extensive training sessions within “Head Hunting”, “Lead Generation” and other form of ascertaining new candidates.
• Deploy non database ethic thus encouraging the team to seek new candidates in the market.
Now I have just joined the office based in Mexico In April 2009, i was appointed as the Latin America Delivery Team Leader. My role is to develop the support that we provide to our Sales Consultants. 2007 - 2008I joined NetworkersMsb in October 2007. I am working as a delivery consultant and I am specialised in the RF or Radio Frequency market(HSDPA,HSUPA,WCDMA,GPRS,EDGE,GSM, Optimisation,Planning,Design). Since i have started i have been talking to engineers who helped me to enlarge my telecoms skills.
I have started to look for RF engineers (contractors, freelancer) to work all around the world.
