• Conducted focus groups and field research to asses doctors perception of new device and its position against competitor’s product.
• Developed the launching, marketing and selling compensation strategy for the new medical device in the government market and private market.

• I was able to recover 65% of uncollectible accounts through the implementation of a new credit and receivable accounts system.
• Developed the national promotional strategy for retailers and distributors.
• Restructured the distribution channels through the creation of national distributors, resulting in a 70% sales increase, decreasing collecting time from 60 days to 15 days.
