I process general payroll for a section of US payroll from pay adjustments, overtime, and incorrect pay to disability. I deal with up to 40 cases at a time along with ad hoc activities. I provide answers to employee’s questions and guide them through any issues they may have by phone and email.
In the garnishment specialty I deal with legal documents from which employees have their wages deducted for various reasons. I liaise with courts and lawyers to make sure paperwork is done in a timely manner. I also audit my co workers work to check for errors as well as run reports and other activities.
