Why such a choice?
A translator is like a bridge between cultures and between different players in our societies. Building a bridge is also conveying information on current issues: ecology, sustainable development, human rights, ethics in business.
Let me conclude by saying this profession is perfect for my lifestyle and the challenges of our contemporary world. I work online with foreign partners while trying to pollute less.
